Who is Forikolo e.V.:
Forikolo e.V. has been involved in development cooperation in Sierra Leone since 2002. Our association, based in Leipzig, supports local people through various projects. In 2019, we were awarded the Saxon Citizens’ Prize for our commitment!
Vision of Forikolo e.V.:
Our vision is to improve the living conditions of children and young people in particular in the areas of education, nutrition and health in the Port Loko region in the west of Sierra Leone.
Activities of Forikolo e.V in the Port Loko. region:
- Building and equipping schools (primary, secondary, vocational),
- Promotion of agriculture through the establishment of model farms, tree planting projects or bakery
- Equipping health posts and B. Well construction
